Enterprise Search searches collected repository data across the estate.

Walkthrough

Open Search from the ME ribbon or the document tab strip.
Choose the object family: Databases, Tables, Views, SPs, Functions, or Triggers.
Choose a view scope such as All servers, By server, By SLA, By location, or By role.
Choose the match mode: Contains, Starts with, Ends with, Equals, or Regex.
Enter the search value and click Search.
Use the grid filter row, group panel, column search, and column chooser to refine the result.

Contains-style searches are pushed to the repository where possible. Regex searches are applied in the client after the scoped result is loaded.
