Turns a job on or off without deleting it -- an inactive job stays fully configured but won't run (scheduled triggers skip it; Run a Job still works if you call it directly).

Order of Operations
- Authenticate to the API.
- Get the job's id (by name or from the list).
- Send the new active state.

What you get back
204 No Content -- no body.

This call doesn't check whether the job id actually exists -- passing a bad id still returns 204 with no effect, rather than a 404.
