We usually create our own master password be fore we install Minionware Backup.
This time however, Minionware Backup was installed first, then when we went to create the master password, it said it was there already. It couldn't be dropped because of the MinionEncrypt cert, and that couldn't be dropped because something was dependent on that cert. However, queries to find what is dependent on MinionEncrypt are coming back with nothing.
What has to be done to be able to drop the MinionEncrypt cert?
